About Elisabeth Wille

Elisabeth Wille has more than ten years experience as a trainer and facilitator and has been working with the Institute of Cultural Affairs, IBT Consulting and with EFE-CFPJ Group for 13, 8 and 3 years respectively.

Based in Luxembourg, Elisabeth has developed and delivered management training entirely in an international environment, for multinational clients located in Luxembourg and Belgium.

Elisabeth's prior career experience as a Chemical Engineer lends itself well to the very structured, hands-on approached to the training she provides. In addition to her Danish Chemical Engineering degree she holds a Masters in Human Ecology from the VUB University in Brussels.

Elisabeth is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cultural Affaires International (ICAI)

Elisabeth continuously upgrades her qualifications in the art of facilitation, engaging with her participants and presenting material and ideas. She brings her own joy in learning new skills and improvement to her participants in the different management trainings she undertakes or provides.
