What is PEP?

PEP® stands for the Personal Efficiency Program. PEP® is used by institutions and organizations to significantly improve the productivity of its people.

PEP® is a combination of group training sessions and individual sessions at the participant's desk/computer. PEP develops the skills of efficiency (getting things done with the least amount of effort) and effectiveness (doing the right things) both in an individual and in an organizational context.

Participants' benefits:

After individuals have participated in the PEP Program, they are asked to complete evaluations to state what results they achieved and how their effectiveness was increased.
